On ne compte plus les musiciens dont le succès s’apparente au destin d’une étoile filante. A l’inverse, certains doivent attendre patiemment des années avant de rencontrer leur public. Boris Brejcha fait partie de ces coureurs de fonds. Voilà 7 ans que l’artiste allemand s’est lancé dans l’aventure. Auteur de 4 albums qui reflètent une forte personnalité artistique, on ne compte plus les remix et les compilations de ce bosseur infatigable. Il est d’ailleurs son propre tourneur et a conçu lui-même son site Internet. Indifférent aux modes, il poursuit sa route en solitaire, allant jusqu’à inventer un style personnel : la high-tech minimal. Boris Brechja sillonne désormais la planète, mais ses apparitions se font plutôt rares en France.

Many musicians become successful at shooting-star speed, while others end up having to wait patiently for years before they meet with success. Boris Brejcha is one such long-distance runner, the German artist having taken the plunge seven years ago. Now, with four albums under his belt – each showcasing a strong artistic personality – it's easy to lose count of the remixes and compilations this tireless toiler is credited for. He’s his own booking agent, has designed his website from A to Z and launched his own label, 'Fcking Serious', with friends Ann Clue and Deniz Bul. Unconcerned with fads and trends, he continues to fly solo, even inventing his own genre: High-Tech Minimal. Boris Brejcha now plays all around the world, but seeing him perform in France is quite rare.
