[FR] Flamingods est un groupe de 4 musiciens multi-instrumentalistes et multi-culturels venant de Bahreïn et d’Angleterre et formé en 2010. Le groupe met l’accent sur l’exploration et l’expérimentation, sous l’influence de différentes cultures du monde entier grâce à une vaste collection d’instruments du Nepal, de Thaïlande, d’Indonésie, de Turquie, du Japon ou de Tanzanie...

[EN] Flamingods is a five piece multi-instrumental experimental band originally started by Kamal Rasool in late 2009 as a bedroom project, now comprising of Kamal, Charles Prest, Sam Rowe, Karthik Poduval and Craig Doporto. Their sound has been described as ethnic pop, with elements of noise, tribal and freaked folk. They use a number of percussion instruments, some of which were collected during Rasool’s travels to places like Tanzania and the Amazon.
