Born under the scorching sun of Brasília, ELISA DO BRASIL moved to France at a young age, where she found her first passionate love in electronic music. After spending her teenage years immersed in Free Parties, she fully dedicated herself to the DRUM’N’BASS movement, becoming one of its leading figures and releasing multiple albums and mixed CDs.
For over 25 years, her relentless dedication has propelled her to perform at major French and European festivals such as Dour, Fusion, Garorock, Solidays, Astropolis, Outlook, Hadra, and more. She is the founder and longtime resident of the legendary “MASSIVE” nights at Rex Club, which set the venue ablaze for more than 20 years.
Elisa has dedicated her life to Drum & Bass—a true activist like no other. Together with Bobby, she founded the Vahana Record label, which already boasts several high-caliber releases, including some of her own productions. In September 2023, they led the only Drum & Bass float at the Paris Techno Parade and regularly organize label nights. At the same time, she decided to dedicate her radio residencies to showcasing emerging collectives and founded the TIDES collective with Saji Tari.
