Russian Village Boys began their career in 2014 in a small village near Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Since school, they have been big fans of Dutch music culture. In the streets of Saint Petersburg, they danced Jumpstyle and Hakkuh to tracks by Headhunterz, Paul Elstak, and others. And on weekends, they organized village parties in their famous house, where the sounds of Boaz van de Beatz, Mr. Polska, Jebroer from the Nouveau Riche Music label, and Yellow Claw always resonated.
In 2018, Russian Village Boys released the song and music video “I love Netherlands,” which became a hit in the Netherlands. This was a turning point: after the Netherlands, rumors about them began to spread throughout Europe. Their joyful and energetic hardbass, hardstyle, and hardcore tracks, as well as their creative music videos, are still very popular with the public, accumulating millions of streams on Spotify and views on YouTube.
Russian Village Boys are always looking to collaborate with their idols, those who inspired them at the beginning of their musical journey. In 2019, they released two singles with Mr. Polska, “Adidas” and “Lost in Amsterdam”; in 2021, “Crazy Mega Cool” with Paul Elstak; in 2022, a third track with Mr. Polska, “Molotov”; and their latest major collaboration with a childhood idol is the track “Daddy WTF” with Jimmy Pop, from the legendary band Bloodhound Gang.
In the space of four years, RVB have played nearly 60 concerts across Europe. From small stages, they have evolved to major festivals such as Dauwpop, M4Music Festival, Parrow Fest, Paaspop, WiSH Outdoor, So W’Happy, Electric Fortress, and Sunglow. RVB are independent artists. From the beginning, they have championed free, unlimited creativity, which is the main reason why they enjoy the unconditional love of their fans around the world. Today, the Boys have finally moved to the Netherlands, and they have big plans! Follow their news in our media, because an incredible new album, crazy collaborations, and music videos as strange as they are beautiful are coming soon!
