Murman Tsuladze

A force of nature with a stubborn streak, a prominent brow and comforting shoulders — at once an artist, a charming poet, a renowned flying carpet salesman, smuggler, cosmonaut, savior, and kidnapper of ladies during various stages along the Silk Road. He is accompanied by the first husband of his cousin on his aunt’s side once removed (Zauri from Makhachkala) and by Aristophane Krikor Berdzenishvilli, a distant cousin with a love for the open seas. He has finally decided to tell the rest of the world, in his own way and with his singular warmth, how love is expressed and what color fills the heart of a person from those regions where the vine never runs dry. Murman Tsuladze was born between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea — in a country that no longer exists.
